3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate, complete, or current at all times. Product images are for illustrative purposes. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering & Purchase Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

By clicking the "Order Now" or "Buy Now" button and completing your purchase through our Stripe checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the product. No contract is formed until we confirm your order via email.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price payable is the price displayed at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store your card details.

4.4 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the product. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund using the original payment method.

5. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery is free on all orders. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for major metropolitan areas. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. 6. Returns & Refunds

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. The 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full terms.

7. Warranty

The gas pizza oven comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. It does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, accident, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications or repairs carried out by parties other than ourselves
• Use contrary to the product's instructions or safety guidelines

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pizza Oven Company South Africa and Caruso Consulting Co Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website
• Loss of income, profit, or business opportunity
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Product Safety

The gas pizza oven is approved for outdoor use only. It must be used in accordance with the included instruction manual and relevant South African gas safety regulations. We accept no liability for damage or injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or use of the product indoors or in enclosed spaces.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, as applicable to transactions conducted within South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that purchase. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
